PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, money transfer, Internet Banking, QR PromptPay, True Money Wallet, LinePay, AliPay, WeChatPay, SamsungPay or by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, and UnionPay from all banks through the payment gateway. We also accept cash on delivery with fees to be charged to you by our selected carrier.
DELIVERY
We deliver only within Thailand, and no shipping fee is applied. We offer standard delivery where your order(s) will be delivered within 2-3 business days within Bangkok and 3-5 business days for outside Bangkok. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Clinique La Prairie orders may experience delays. We do not deliver to multiple addresses for one order. If you need to send to multiple addresses, please separate your orders.
RETURNS & REFUND
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa accepts returns and refunds for new and unopened original priced products with a receipt/invoice or mail order packing invoice. Products are to be returned in its original brand-new condition within 7 business days. Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa discretion. We may ask you for a national ID or passport to verify your identity.
For cash payment, cash transfer and cash on delivery, please allow fourteen working days from the day you return your product for the cash to be transferred back to your account. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
For credit card payment, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card, which will reflect within 21 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer service on the day of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you further.
Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa reserves the right to decide if the products returned are unsatisfactory, and the above terms and conditions are not met.
DAMAGE PRODUCT
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged product please do not take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa at info@cliniquelaprairiebangkok.com or call (+66) 0 2207 7779 and let us know the details of your package.
We would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the products in order to process.
INSURANCE
We provide insurance to cover your shipment with the coverage value of THB 2,000.
TRACKING ORDERS
When you have finished placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
All orders are processed and shipped on Monday – Friday. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

What is the return/ refund policy?
Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa allows for returns and refunds if the products received are not in good condition or expired. Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa accepts returns and refunds for products that are unopened and undamaged. Any shipping costs and other charges would be deducted from the return/refunds.
Can I change my order after payment has been made?
If you would like your order changed after you have placed it, please contact us via phone or e-mail as soon as possible. We will do our best to meet your request. Order changes or cancel of your order must be done within the same day of your order placement (before 9 pm). However, depending on when the item was placed and packed, it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, we are unable to make any delivery amendments. You will need to cancel your order and replace it with a new one.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
What happens if I’m out when my order is delivered?
The selected carrier will attempt to deliver your order again on the following day.

At present, we do not have a loyalty programme; however, we plan to have this programme available soon.
