1. If you’d like to return any product purchased on Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics and Medical Spa, the return period is 7 days from the date of delivery. We will only accept unopened and unused products for return.
2. No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact info@cliniquelaprairiebangkok.com with a Subject line of “Online Product Return”.
3. All returns must be in original condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted.
4. All products must be returned in their original packaging with original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return.
5. Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.
6. For returns after the 7 day period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price).
7. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the day of purchase.
8. Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics and Medical Spa will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error.
